| ARTICLE 7 - CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP |
|

| Membership is cancelled by: |
|
• resignation, which must
be sent in writing to the Executive Committee; • non-payment of the subscription within a period of 12 months after • the due date; • cancellation of membership on serious grounds. This shall be • pronounced by the Executive Committee after hearing the • explanations of the member concerned, summoned by registered • letter with acknowledgement of receipt. |
