| ARTICLE 12 - GENERAL ASSEMBLY |

The General Assembly comprises delegations from all
members who are up to date with their subscription.
Any member which is unable to send a delegate to the General Assembly
may be represented by the delegate of another member; however, no
delegation shall hold more than one proxy. The General Assembly shall
be held annually ordinarily at the Headquarters of the Institute.
The General Assembly will fix each year the date and venue of the
following Assembly. Decisions are taken by a majority vote of those
members present or represented.
Furthermore at the justified request of the President or Members
of at least one fifth of the Membership represented within the Institute,
an Extraordinary General Assembly shall be convened at the Headquarters
of the Institute, which shall meet within a period of three months
from
the receipt of the request to which shall be appended a well-rounded
draft agenda. To this compulsory agenda, the Executive Committee
may add any time it shall deem advisable to be dealt with by the
Extraordinary
General Assembly.
Notices convening General Assemblies shall be sent to the Presidents
of the Member Clubs, Associations or Federations, and to Associated
Members, two months before the date fixed for the meeting.
The Agenda of the General Assembly shall be sent 35 days before to
Member Clubs, Associations or federations, and to Associate Members,
35 days before the date fixed for the meeting.
Minutes of General Assemblies shall be drawn up. |
